2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2 Full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking, must be made to confirm your reservation.
2.3 Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, cash, or other approved payment methods.
2.4 Failure to pay the balance amount by the due date may result in cancellation without refund.
3.1 Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in currency rates, supplier costs, taxes, or fuel surcharges.

8.1 We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers.
8.2 We are not responsible for events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.
9.1 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations, and other risks.
10.1 Customers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, staff, and local communities.
10.2 Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
